Some people think that juicing is a new 'trend' but humans have been extracting juice from fruit and vegetables in one form or another for thousands of years. But the first juicing 'machine' can be attributed to Dr. Norman Walker and was aptly named the Norwalk Juicer, it dates back to the 1930s and is still going (check the link at page bottom) It is a large, cumbersome and messy machine but apparently makes glorious juice! Since then technology AND the known health benefits of juicing have come a long way and today there are many juicing machines available.
You probably have many questions around juicing so I thought it would be best to split this page into headings with links. I have tried to cover all bases within these headings and I hope you find what you are looking for.
