Are you a heavy drinker?
I do not claim to be an expert on alcohol or its use but I do know one thing, more than 21 'units' a week for a man or 14 'units' a week for a woman can lead to health problems!!! If you consume more than the above then you should class yourself as a heavy alcohol user as far as the three day detox is concerned.

Cheesy Crumpets *Very easy
This is a fantastic snack because it is extremely cheap, very easy to make and the kids love it because it looks like a mini pizza!
Ingredients:
2 crumpets A knob of butter
60g of cheddar 3 cherry tomatoes
A pinch of salt A pinch of black pepper
Method:
Pop the crumpets in the toaster and turn the grill on the oven to medium
Slice or grate the cheddar cheese and slice the tomatoes thinly
When the crumpets are golden take them out of the toaster and spread with butter. Then place the cheese and tomatoes on top like so and season with the salt and pepper (according to taste) then pop them under the grill until the cheese is bubbling
Serve immediately but be careful as the cheese will be very hot
Tip: Serve with some fresh rocket salad drizzled in olive oil for a really quick and different lunch. You can cut out the butter too if you are watching those calories.

Triple filter
I personally don't buy bottled water because the tap water in my area is very good quality (I have researched this). But to speak honestly, bottled is probably best in 80% of cases, if you can afford it.
However, I do triple filter every drop of water I consume and that includes all the water I use for tea, coffee and cooking. Simply put, I pour my water through a Brita Aluna filter jug THREE times and I find this gives excellent water quality and it also tastes great! I included the link above because it shows you can get the jug for £7:99 it's also reviewed.
Tip: Boiling water makes it safe to drink (usually) but it DOES NOT purify it!!! Some people think they can get away with using boiled water as an alternative but it is a myth.

Radders' Rants
What can I juice
You can juice almost all fruit and vegetables but there are just a few things to remember. Here they are:
- NEVER try to juice banana or avocado they are too starchy and will clog the juicer
- ALWAYS remove large stones from fruit (like peaches) before juicing
- You can leave the peel on citrus fruits but it WILL make the juice bitter
- You CANNOT juice mushrooms, shoots or grasses in a centrifugal juicer
- You can juice potatoes and onions but they are NOT NICE so best avoided
- REMOVE the core from apples before juicing as they contain traces of arsenic
Happy juicing!!!
Tip: If you have fruit or vegetables in the home which are close to perishing and are unlikely to be used then juice them up and save them from the bin!
